The current model for the Health and Wellbeing Service combines the experience and knowledge of an in-house team with some extended tasks being provided by fully qualified external providers. This partnership approach ensures the most appropriate and cost effective level of service provision.
The charging model that applies to Health and Wellbeing is a fixed annual charge per employee for all of the in-house Occupational Health provision, Staff Counselling Service and advice and guidance across a range of health and wellbeing topics.
Where support requires the external Occupational Health provider, the educational establishment will be regularly invoiced on a transactional basis.
