Leaderships models to help you manage staff, particularly in more challenging situations
Lenny Bedoyan is experienced in delivering unique leadership and coaching training that is memorable. These courses provide hands-on and practical tools and skills that can immediately be applied back on the job.
Lenny delivered Day 1 across six areas of the county between Sept 2016 – March 2017 and Day 2 between April 2017 and March 2018. We are now offering Day 3 for childcare practitioners who want to the opportunity to work with Lenny again to reflect on the Practical Leadership Tools programme, examine the Transactional Analysis model in more detail and be introduced to conversational coaching.
· Opportunity to work with Lenny Bedoyan again to reflect on the Practical Leadership Tools programme, the models used and the success of their application in the workplace. The group can request to focus on specific topics and further questions. · More detail will be provided on the Transactional Analysis model (P/A/C), with some work related specific examples and case studies for delegates to work through. · An additional session on the use of conversational coaching, introducing some simple techniques to encourage staff to take personal responsibility. · The session will run very much as a peer support group, lots of opportunities to reflect and learn from each other as well as the trainer.
