A toolbox of practical leadership skills and resources

Outline

Leaderships models to help you manage staff, particularly in more challenging situations

Description

Lenny Bedoyan is experienced in delivering unique leadership and coaching training that is memorable. This course provides hands-on and practical tools and skills that can immediately be applied back on the job.

Lenny delivered Day 1 across six areas of the county between Sept 2016 – March 2017. In addition to offering more Day 1 dates, we are offering Day 2 for childcare practitioners who want to develop their leadership skills further.

Day 1

· Control Dartboard; best used in change management and to manage the more difficult concerns staff may have
· BIFF; give feedback in a controlled and adult way
· Support and Challenge; very practical method to have discussions with staff to understand what support they want & how to get the best from your staff
