Leaderships models to help you manage staff, particularly in more challenging situations
Lenny Bedoyan is experienced in delivering unique leadership and coaching training that is memorable. This course provides hands-on and practical tools and skills that can immediately be applied back on the job.
Lenny delivered Day 1 across six areas of the county between Sept 2016 – March 2017. In addition to offering more Day 1 dates, we are offering Day 2 for childcare practitioners who want to develop their leadership skills further.
